NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The "One Night. One City. Magic." (the "Competition") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. You must be able to provide a valid passport or government-issued ID for travel. Employees of Hannah Film Studios, Inc., Love on Fire Incorporated, and any other organizations or individuals associated with the promotion, fulfillment, or judging of this Competition are not eligible to participate. The Competition is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Upon Acceptance, Participation, or Entry.

2. SPONSOR

The Competition is sponsored by Love on Fire Incorporated. ("Sponsor").

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Competition constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being in full compliance with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.Upon Acceptance, Participation, or Entry.

4. COMPETITION PERIOD

Entries will be accepted online starting on August 25, 2025 at 12:01 AM PT and ending on September 29, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Competition Period"). All online entries must be received by the end of the Competition Period to be eligible.

5. HOW TO ENTER

You may enter the Competition by visiting the official competition portal and completing the following steps by the deadline:

  • Submit a link to a combined video (maximum 7 minutes) including a slate, scene(s) from the provided sides packet, 60 seconds of singing the Star Spangled Banner, and a "why you" statement.

  • Upload your headshot and resume (in PDF format).

  • Complete the required application form, including all requested personal and professional information.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries received in excess of this limitation will be void. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

6. JUDGING & WINNER SELECTION

The Winner will be selected by a panel of qualified judges based on the following criteria:

  • Believability & Screen Presence (50%)

  • Fit for Role & Ensemble Chemistry Potential (10%)

  • Improvisation Skills & Stamina for Real-Time Filming (10%)

  • Professionalism & Ability to Follow Directions (30%)

  • The Winner will be announced on October 17, 2025. The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to contact the potential Winner via the email address and phone number provided at the time of entry. The potential Winner must respond and accept the prize within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or if the notification is undeliverable, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. Winner agrees to accept the prize at their own risk.

7. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package:

  • A lead role in the feature film "The Truth Between The Lies."

  • On-poster billing for the film (per contract).

  • $2,500 cash prize.

  • Round-trip airfare, three (3) nights of hotel accommodation, ground transportation, and a per diem for travel to and from Houston, TX, for the shoot tentatively scheduled for January 2026.

  • Behind-the-scenes features and press highlights on official channels.

The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is estimated at $8,500 as of August 2025. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash redemption will be made. The Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees or expenses not specified.

If winner cannot accept, prize may be forfeited; prizes may be substituted at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner responsible for taxes; 1099 will be issued if required.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PUBLICITY

By entering, you grant the Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display your entry materials (including your video, headshot, and resume) for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes related to the Competition and the film, without any further compensation or notice to you.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Competition, you agree to release and hold harmless Hannah Film Studios, Inc., Love on Fire Incorporated, Paul D. Hannah, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensees (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including but not limited to, those related to personal injury, death, or property damage, arising from your participation in the Competition or your acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, suits, or liabilities, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, that may arise from or relate to your participation in the Competition, the production of the film, or the exercise of the rights granted herein. You acknowledge that participation in a film production may involve a test of physical and mental limits and may carry with it the potential for injury. You assume all risks associated with your participation.

The Released Parties are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, human error, or any other issues that may affect the submission process.

10. GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or your rights and obligations in connection with the Competition, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
